Paintings by Hilda Kilpatrick Ventura County Star "Move to California Sparks Painting Career" By Nicole D’Amore City of Ventura, Police Department “Art Display” Artist Hilda Kilpatrick is the Vice President of the Buenaventura Art Association. Hilda is a recipient of the 2007-2008 Artist Fellowship Grant from the City of Ventura and two of her paintings are currently on display at the City of Ventura Mayor’s office.
