Take a seat! 15 ‘Musical Chairs’ highlight Ventura Music Festival’s 15th Anniversary seasonNovember 10, 2008 Ventura Music Festival organizers announced that 15 artists have been chosen to create this year’s Festival Art project – “Musical Chairs” to celebrate the history of the festival.“We are excited to welcome 15 talented artists who will undoubtedly represent the Ventura Music Festival with their unique visions to honor our 15th anniversary,” said Cheryl Heitmann, executive director of the Ventura Music Festival. “Musical Chairs is a perfect theme for the 2009 season as it represents the many styles of music we have brought to our community for the last 15 years.” Each chair represents one year since the Ventura Music Festival was founded in 1993.
